Advanced Placement

What is AP?

The AP Program is an opportunity to take college-level courses while in high school. Taking AP courses and and exams in high allow students the chance to earn college credit and placement and stand out to colleges by having "AP" on your transcript! 

AP courses are more rigorous than non-AP courses. Research shows that AP students are better prepared for college, regardless of their AP exam score. For more information on AP, please click here

Payment Information

Each AP exam costs $98 except for AP Capstone courses.
AP Capstone (AP Seminar and AP Research) courses cost $146 each. 

A deposit of $40 (per exam taken) is due by October 23rd.
Online payments will be accepted beginning August 30th (deposit only).
Cash/Check payments will be accepted beginning October 16th (deposit only).
Remaining exam balances will be available to pay on November 1st.
Final payments are due by March 4th.
