Head Principal
Dr. Bryan Marshall
Dr. Bryan Marshall's twenty four year career has included teaching and coaching, transportation director, assistant principal and lead principal. Dr. Marshall began his career as a teacher and coach at Florence High and transitioned from Florence to Brandon as the transportation director and assistant principal in 2004. During the summer of 2014 Dr. Marshall became the lead principal at Pelahatchie High School where he served the Pelahatchie students and community for 4 years. At the conclusion of the 2018 school year Dr. Marshall became Principal of Brandon High School in Brandon Mississippi. Brandon High is a school that serves approximately 1700 students and is currently classified as an A school by the Mississippi Accountability Rating System. Dr. Marshall was the RCSD Secondary Administrator of the Year in 2016-17 and the RCSD Overall Administrator of the year 2020-2021. He has presented at several conferences within the state (MASSP, MASS, MASA, MSBA) as well as nationally (National Title I Conference). Dr. Marshall is married to Mrs. Laura Anne Marshall who is also in the field of education as a student support specialist within the Rankin County School District. Together they have two children Meri Morgan Marshall and Maddox Marshall.
